Join us and get outdoors for our weekly social run in Worcester, on a guided trail run in the countryside, on improver and learn-to-run courses and through 1-2-1 coaching with Coach Carly.
Whether you are learning to run for the first time, coming back from an injury, stuck in a rut or returning after a long break, RunTheShire will support you on your journey. Perhaps you’re simply curious about trail running, why not come and jump in muddy puddles and enjoy the views with us.
At RunTheShire we also offer 1-2-1 coaching to improve your overall running fitness, build your confidence, well being and technique.
